This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool and Spa center were exceptional, offering excellent services that were second to none. the sun terrace had an amazing view and was perfect for relaxation and taking beautiful pictures. the staff was professional, friendly and responsive to all my needs, making my time here unforgettable.
I faced a minor difficulty in finding the venue, despite using Google maps. An extra-mile explanation on its location would have been beneficial.

The hotel had an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable. the location was also perfect for a relaxing getaway.
They did not offer the massage service that was advertised on their website, leading to a bit of disappointment. it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as the directions provided were not very clear.

The stunning location and fabulous breakfast were definitely the best aspects of our stay. We also enjoyed the amazing view, which provided the perfect backdrop for our photos, and the warm room kept us cozy throughout our stay.
The lack of availability of advertised amenities was a bit of a letdown. We had requested a massage but were told the therapist was not available, even though we had given many hours of notice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with the best views from its location on the hill. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel facilities were well-kept, and the surroundings were clean.
Liked Everything! This city is truly a gem and this hotel made it even more memorable.
